We build where the numbers work and the neighborhood lasts.
The firm started with houses nobody else wanted. Seven years of renovation work in Dallas taught us the parts of this business that cannot be learned from a spreadsheet: what a foundation is actually going to cost, how long a city takes to answer, which subcontractor shows up in August.
Three years ago we took that operating discipline into ground-up construction. Custom estates first, then infill development, then affordable and public-sector work as our bonding capacity and agency relationships grew. Today the platform runs all five verticals with shared preconstruction, procurement, and field management.
That breadth is deliberate. A developer who only builds luxury is exposed to one buyer pool and one credit cycle. A developer who only builds affordable housing is dependent on one funding source. Operating across the spectrum lets us allocate capital and crews to whichever segment is clearing, and it makes us a credible counterparty to lenders, municipalities, and families alike.
No site enters the pipeline without a funded exit and a stress case.
Specifications sized for a 25-year horizon, not a code minimum.
Draw packages, variance, and schedule shared on a fixed monthly cadence.
